the room was clean, a basic requirement that was met.
The advertised breakfast was not available. the television did not function. I reported this issue, but no resolution was provided. the bedside lamp also failed to work and the shower had issues as well. Finally, the kettle was broken, rendering it useless.

the room was a good size i appreciated that it had everything i needed it felt warm i also found the bathroom clean it was spacious too staff were friendly they were helpful.
i booked through a website there was no breakfast available i wanted more peas with my evening meal only got an egg cup full the troutbeck room was large and clean but it had a musty smell.

the room was a good size. i liked how they give lots of tea, coffee, and milk. they also gave three cups and teaspoons, three glasses and a large bottle of tap water that you can refill from outside.
i think its overpriced. when i ordered a steak, the chips were over done. the board said it had chips, mushroom and tomato but i only got lettuce.

I found my room, a double room, very spacious. it came well decorated with a large comfortable bed. i really enjoyed the breakfast that was served. It included a selection of fruit juice and yogurt.

The room included a spacious layout (perfect for spreading out). The shower provided great water pressure, which I really appreciated after a long day.
Finding staff in the morning to settle the bill required a bit of a wait.
